• 08:00–09:10 | From the city towards the Peloponnese

Departure from Athens. The route leaves the urban landscape behind and moves into open countryside. The drive acts as a transition — from modern city life to the historic heart of southern Greece.

• 09:10–10:00 | Corinth Canal

A short stop at one of Greece’s most striking engineering achievements. At the Corinth Canal, guests will see a deep, narrow waterway cut sharply through solid rock. From the viewing point above, the canal appears as a straight vertical corridor, with steep limestone cliffs on both sides dropping directly to the water below. The contrast between the massive rock walls and the narrow strip of sea is striking. Visitors will have panoramic views from above, clearly seeing the canal’s depth, symmetry, and the engineering scale of the construction connecting the Aegean and Ionian Seas.

• 10:00–11:15 | Through Argolis landscapes

While traveling toward Mycenae, guests will see the landscapes of the Argolis region. The scenery includes gently rolling hills, extensive olive groves, open plains, and distant mountain ranges. Agricultural land dominates the view, with vineyards, orchards, and small rural roads. The area appears open and expansive, with minimal urban development and long sightlines across the plain.

• 11:15–13:30 | Mycenae

Exploration of one of the most important centers of the Mycenaean civilization. Guests walk through the iconic Lion Gate, stand beside the massive Cyclopean Walls, and explore the archaeological area linked to the legends of King Agamemnon. This is where myth and early history overlap, leaving a strong impression.

• 13:30–15:30 | Pause for lunch and rest

Free time for lunch at a local restaurant or café. A chance to slow down, relax, and reflect on the morning’s discoveries in a calm, authentic setting.

• 15:30–17:00 | The return journey

Departure from Mycenae and return to Athens.
