Aegean to Rome — Explorer of the Seas
A one-way crossing: you board in Piraeus and step off in Rome. Mykonos, Ephesus and Santorini through the Aegean, then Chania and Katakolo for Ancient Olympia before the ship turns west for Civitavecchia. Ideal if you want to add a few days in Rome at the end rather than come straight home — and it means no repeated ports.

- Full board on board
- Cabin with daily service
- Port charges included
ITINERARY
Piraeus
Board in Piraeus and sail at 17:00.
Mykonos
07:00 to 18:00 — a full day rather than an evening call. The windmills, Little Venice, and time for a beach in the afternoon.
Kusadasi (Ephesus)
08:00 to 18:00 for Ephesus, the Terrace Houses and the Library of Celsus.
Santorini
07:00 to 22:00 — the longest call of the cruise. Oia at sunset with the ship still in the caldera below.
Chania, Crete
08:00 to 17:00 in Souda for Chania's Venetian harbour and old town.
Katakolo (Olympia)
08:00 to 17:00. Ancient Olympia is half an hour inland — the stadium, the Temple of Zeus and the museum.
At sea
A day at sea crossing the Ionian towards Italy.
Civitavecchia (Rome)
Alongside at 05:30. Rome is about an hour and a quarter by train or transfer — we can arrange your onward nights in the city.
FROM 925€
